This powerful Phoenix 500mm f/8 Manual Focus Telephoto Lens utilizes aluminum alloy construction, computer-designed all-glass optics and the latest optical multi-coating techniques to provide crisp, high-contrast, virtually flare-free images of distant subjects, even under adverse lighting conditions. It features an aperture range of f/8 - f/32 and a rotating tripod mount, and it comes with a soft carrying case. Perfect for nature, sports and surveillance photography. Manufactured by Samyang.

This T-mount adapter is specifically designed to fit T-mount (screw-mount) lenses to a Pentax K mount SLR/DSLR camera.

This 2x teleconverter attaches to any T-mount (screw mount) lens, and effectively doubles the focal length of that lens, allowing the photographer to get much closer to the action. This simple, yet high-grade adapter provides excellent optical quality at an affordable price.

Phoenix 1000mm f/8 Telephoto Lens with Mount - for Pentax Digital & Film SLR Cameras including ZX series, *ist D DL DS, K10D, K20D, K100D, K110D & K200DI have tried this lens and am happy. I can't justify spending thousands of dollars as i have a family, but this was a bargain. I got many nice shots of birds in direct sunlight. A little grainy on a few. I am also learning what the "big Boys" feel like with their expensive glass. I can live with myself on this one.Not for the typical snobs who only use Nikon or Canon but who cares anymore!

If you want 5 stars, then pay 5000 bucks.

Was actually surprised by the picture quality from this lens. Its not very fast (f/8) so you will need bright light or a tripod and a still subject. I haven't tried it with the teleconverter yet. Sure, there are better 500mm lenses out there - you just have to be willing to pay several thousand of dollars to get the next best one. The quality is better than cropping and enlarging so if you want shots to look up close and personal, its well worth the money.

Great product for the money.. the optics are ok for an expert... but seeing as i'm a novice, the optics are perfect for my purposes. This is a great way to expand one's photography by adding another dimension to one's capabilities
