I feel scammed

When I received the package, I did not have the camera with me, that's why I gave them a Good rating. But When I was going to use the lens for the first time, none of them worked, because the lens are for cameras with 58mm lens size. It does not matter the ring or coupling acesories, because I have a 67mm lens.... so if you want to take a picture, with or without zoom..... the picture shows the image surrounded by a black hole..... because of the lens real size.... 150 dollar for such a product...... I feel Scammed.... they should use their products before offer it.... I live outside USA.... so I think I lost my money.
