- These lenses attach to the front of your existing camera lens and are compatible with virtually all cameras, camcorders and lenses with 52mm filter threads.

Great product! One small clarification on use

These are great, they look great and will certainly be a great addition for those times when I don't want to switch lenses entirely while shooting events! They both do exactly as mentioned and everyone's reviews were helpful and accurate.But, I would also like to let people know that if you have a telephoto lens, the 2x telephoto lens attachment does not do anything when you are fully zoomed in at 200mm. It works great with everything between say 18-150mm, but beyond 150 it's more like a 1.1x zoom. This makes sense if you think about it, but I didn't know if it would or not until I bought it. It's ok though because I bought it for my kit lens 18-55mm for when I'm shooting events where I need wider shots and then sometimes throw it on to capture things that I need a closeup of and don't want to switch lenses to a full on telephoto lens.The macro is so nice to have, I can't tell you how many times I've a different lens on and stumble across something I need to take a quick macro shot of, like an insect. I finally have something I can throw on at a moments notice without switching lenses entirely!I don't know why people can't seem to figure out how to put these lenses on, look at the threads!! Yes you need a 52mm lens (says it on the backside of the lens cap!). I have a Nikon D3000 with the kit lens and a 55-200mm telephoto and these fit on both.Oh and they don't seem too heavy for your lenses like some of the reviews talked about. I'm a Mechanical Engineer and I doubt these lenses will effect the motors much at all, or at least not for a few years.

Got my lenses and started to play around with them right away. Very nice to have a lens handy that's easy to throw on quick when I'm trying for a specific shot. Only issue with the shipment is it states it will come with 2 Magic Fiber cleaning cloths and it didn't even come with one.
