Not good for the Olympus E-420 14-42mm or 40-150mm lens

Grooves of the 2X do not match grooves on the Olympus 14-42 and 40-150- different size grooves. Putting the lens on is squeezing it on, digging it into the 14-42 lens or 40-150 lens , not turning it onto the grooves. I have to make sure that I take off the lens cap of the 2X before I put the 2X on because pulling on the lens cap pulls the 2X off because the groves are not inter-locked. When I put the 2X on the Olympus 14-42 I saw the 2X lens in the viewfinder when I tried to shoot close without taking the 2X off. Using the 2X on the 40-150 I cannot focus at all under a quarter-mile- I have not tried farther than that so far. I will not be using the 2X much because I would be stripping off some of the plastic on the 14-42 lens and 40-150 lens every time I put the 2X on the E-420. There are accessories with grooves that work that I want to save my lenses for.
