The 35mm lens registered below is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of 7 years from date of purchase or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract must be purchased within thirty days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. You must register this warranty within thirty (30) days by visiting us online or by calling us toll free. In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit us on the web and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and current shipping charges. If you have any questions please visit us online or call toll free. The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer's defects). Such service, repair, adjustment of the equipment is assured the registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been tampered with, modified, damaged as a result of liquid, sand, grit, impact and physically broken parts. You may transfer ownership of this contract to another person for a $20.00 fee. This limited service contract applies only to the product specified herein. It does not cover lens caps, rear caps, filters and additional accessories or other expenses of consequential damages. Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for the loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages. If the unit cannot be repaired by Mack Camera or the Manufacturer for manufacturer's defects, replacement will be made with the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market value at our discretion. This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty.

TheOS function offers the use of shutter speeds approximately 4 stops slower than would otherwise be possible. The SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass element provides excellent correction for all types of aberrations. High image quality is assured throughout the entire zoom range. The Super Multi-Layer Coating reduces flare and ghosting and provides high contrast images throughout the focal range. This lens has a minimum focusing distance of 150cm (59.1") throughout the entire zoom range and a maximum magnification ratio of 1:3.9, making it ideal for close-up photography SIGMA's own unique OS (Optical Stabilizer) technology This lens is equipped with Sigma's own unique OS (Optical Stabilizer) function. This system offers the use of shutter speeds approximately 4 stops slower than would otherwise be possible. It makes telephoto shooting easy for many types of photography such as sport and nature. For Sony and Pentax mount, the built-in OS function of this lens can be used even if the camera body is equipped with an anti-shake function. As compensation for camera shake is visible in the view finder, the photographer can easily check for accurate focus and ensure there is no subjec

272mm (74mm) 2.2X High Definition Telephoto len

Initially, I was satisfied with my purchase.However, the workmanship of this product leavesmuch to be desired. The ring around the top ofthe front lens loosen; the lens shakes and theattachment rattles. I've tried to tighten thering but to no avail.

I purchased this lens as it was advertised for the Sony Cybershot DSC-H50, which is the camera I own. Problem is that the lens is completely losen. It doesn't fir the H50 at all. The diameter of the lens is wider by about 1/4 inch!!! I realize I need either an adapter and see if it works or return the lens.
